The Aww Approach

Your symptoms aren’t the problem, they are the signal.

Whole person health isn’t complicated. We were never taught to focus on what actually matters.

The AWW Approach is built around three pillars: Food, Movement, and Longevity. The belief that lasting wellness begins when you stop only focusing on symptoms and start at the source. Every tool, every practice, every micro habit built for your healthiest life.

Small daily shifts that add up.

A whole person framework for healthy habits that last

MeeT Asha

Whole-person health transformed Asha’s life and ultimately became the foundation for a larger movement. What began within her local community evolved into a deeper mission after witnessing firsthand how limited access to fresh, whole food was shaping the health of entire neighborhoods.

That realization led to her founding Health in the Hood, a Miami-based nonprofit dedicated to providing fresh food access, urban gardens, and wellness programming to underserved communities. The work sparked a deeper exploration into the science of nutrition and the connection between food, movement, and longevity.

As an IIN-certified integrative nutrition health coach and TEDx speaker, Asha began uncovering a powerful truth: many modern health challenges are not isolated issues, but root-cause problems and symptoms of communities that have not been supported.

Root-cause wellness became more than a philosophy. It reshaped how she leads, serves, and creates. AWW and the Cured app are a natural extension of that journey. Practical tools and sustainable micro habits rooted in Food, Movement, and Longevity, designed to help others move beyond symptom management, address the source, and build lasting wellness from the inside out.
