MY STAPLE GREEN JUICE

INGREDIENTS 

• Leafy greens- Swiss chard, kale and or spinach 

• 4 Celery stalks 

• Carrot 2-4 carrots

• 1/2 Cucumber 

• ½ cup Pineapple or orange 

• One lemon peeled 

• One apple sliced 

• One thumb of ginger peeled

INSTRUCTIONS

• Add to juicer (either centrifugal or masticating- check out the difference here) and enjoy the immediate health boost!
